Step 1 : Contact Us

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at us@shikkosa.com and provide your order number. Proof of purchase must be provided in all cases. You have 25 days from the moment of the purchase to initiate the return procedure.

Step 2: Prepare Your Return Package

• Secure the item in its original packaging, if possible. Please make sure the item is properly packed to avoid damage during transit.
• Make sure to include all the items received either bought or gifted.
• Send the package to the address: 6260 E. Riverside Blvd #218, Loves Park, IL, 61111, United States of America.
• To receive a prepaid shipping label, please visit the RETURNS link on our website. Please note that a fixed return shipping fee of $10 will be automatically deducted from your final refund amount. However, this fee will be completely waived if you are returning the item for a size exchange.
"Please note that if you paid for extra delivery services at checkout (such as expedited or premium shipping), those specific shipping fees are non-refundable. A 5% restocking fee will also apply to your return."

Step 3: Return Confirmation

Failure to complete the first 2 steps presented above can lead to a non-refund of the purchase. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email about the status of your return.

Step 4: Refund Process

If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Refunds may take up to 5 business days from the moment of the return confirmation to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Please note that the shipping fees are non-refundable.
